etherbaby

I’ve been producing since 2014. At first I co-wrote and produced with various producers in the industry, but ultimately I decided not to release any of it and stick to my vision. I appreciated the experiences, as I learned a lot. 

Early influences include Lana Del Rey, PJ Harvey, Beach House, Bjork, Radiohead. Later, Dean Blunt, Ariel Pink, etc. I also draw a lot from classical music, jazz and electronic music, particularly trip hop and industrial. 

I started “etherbaby” in 2021. All etherbaby tracks are 100% written and produced by me. The more recent ones are also mixed by me. (all here except Angel of Neptune)

I can start with anything from a voice note, to an abstract concept, to a demo. Or something almost done which just needs to sound “finished”, ie clean and loud enough. 

When working with others I’m very interested in bringing their vision to life, rather than imposing mine on the song. I used to hate it when producers did that to me.
